John Kay is a proud native of Shreveport, Louisiana; earning an undergraduate degree from LSU Shreveport. 

John’s political career began locally, where he contributed to several high-profile campaigns, including the Senatorial campaign of John Kennedy and John Fleming’s congressional campaign.

He spent over ten years managing seven-figure issue advocacy campaigns and achieving policy results at the state capitol. 

In 2023, John joined Attorney General Jeff Landry’s campaign for governor as Deputy Campaign Manager. He became policy director for Governor Landry’s office, working on successful high-profile policy changes. 

With over seventeen years of experience building relationships across the state and navigating difficult policy change, John is prepared to represent you in Baton Rouge. 

Ryan Roberts is a seasoned government affairs professional with extensive experience in public policy, legislative strategy, and advocacy. Before starting Neutral Ground Multi State Solutions, Ryan served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry, where he worked with cabinet agencies and the legislature to perform high profile policy changes. Prior to serving in that role, Ryan served as Director of Boards and Commissions for Governor Landry, managing appointments and policy oversight for more than 500 boards and commissions statewide.

Ryan has held leadership positions in advocacy, government relations, and communications at multiple non-profit and policy organizations. He has also worked on high-profile political campaigns, overseeing digital strategy and stakeholder engagement.

A graduate of Louisiana State University and an alumnus of Jesuit High School, Ryan is a proud resident of New Orleans, Louisiana.
